PRIVACY POLICY
The Fresno High Alumni Association is committed to honoring and
respecting your individual privacy. We do not release any
information regarding our clients and customers to any third-party.
We believe that your email address is private information and you
have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your email address to
anyone. We use your email address to send you order-related emails,
like shipping confirmations. We protect your information and will
continually assess new technology to protect it.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We will accept returns on all items within the first 14 days of
receipt of item, only with an approved IRA (Item Return
Authorization) number. We will not accept returns without an IRA
number. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Returned items can
be exchanged for new merchandise of equal or greater value or web
site credit.
All returns must be in original condition and original package (and
in original or like wrap, if applicable). You may request an IRA
number my emailing jfb15@live.com.
You must print your IRA number on a copy of the original order
receipt which must be included with your return.
Please pack the item securely, so that we receive the item in the
same condition that was sent to you. The customer is responsible for
all shipping charges on all returns. We do not accept CODs and
postage due. Once we receive your return with the proper IRA number,
your account will be credited back with the purchase price minus the
shipping and handling charges.
We will accept items that are defective within 14 days of receipt of
item. Item must be exchanged with the same exact item.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items will be shipped from California within 24 hours following
receipt of payment (except weekends and holidays). All items will be
shipped by US Postal Service Priority mail (2-3 day delivery). We do not have control over US
Postal delivery time.
